The Yacht Chef Association (www.yachtchefs.org) has been formed to represent chefs working in yachting globally. We have a group on Facebook open only to chefs at https://www.facebook.com/groups/679354752143860/. Feel free to visit it and join!
So we want to collate a listing of all local Food Safety (Food Hygiene) Courses which require chefs to attending in person and sit an exam at the end of it.

We want to hear from you by email to info(at)yachtchefs.com or by posting into this discussion what you did equivalent to the Level 2.. Will also collect info on L3 or other higher level courses and then publish the listing and get it in front of the MCA to look at..
Especially relevant regarding the Ships Cook Certificate and Assessment in Marine Cookery
